RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY

Used items:
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you have purchased is defective, or you have experienced an allergic reaction to the product. In the case of an allergic reaction, an adverse event reporting form will need to be filled out for submission to Allergan or Vivier.

Please contact us at returns@skinscienceme.ca with details of the product and the defect or allergic reaction and we will email the forms to you.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

All shipping costs will be refunded. An electronic shipping label will be provided once the return process is initiated. This label will cover the cost of shipping the product back to us.

Unused/Unwanted items:
We accept returns/exchanges to for any unopened items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund but we will gladly exchange the product.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will examine it and notify you via email, within 5 business days, whether you are entitled to a return or exchange. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Shipping costs incurred will not be refunded.
